Analytics are only useful if they change a decision: a rate, a shift, a menu item, or an event. Start with a short weekly ritual.
The Monday five
- Table revenue vs. last week.
- F&B revenue and attach per session.
- Occupancy heatmap by hour (the idle story).
- Voids, comps, and cancelled sessions.
- Labor hours vs. occupancy.
What “good” looks like
There is no universal occupancy target — a members room and a student hall differ. Your target is improvement on your own baseline. If 3pm is always 20% occupied, that is a pricing or programming problem, not a mystery.
Stop reconstructing from chats
If the only way to know yesterday’s sales is to message the cashier, you do not have analytics. CuePos sales and table-usage reports exist so owners can manage the club from the floor or from home without guessing.
