People remember how they waited, how they paid, and whether anyone treated them like they belonged. Tables are the product; the path is the brand.

Cue sports guests will forgive a slightly tired cloth before they forgive a 20-minute wait with no update, or a bill that feels invented. Experience is a sequence. Design it.

The first five minutes

  1. Greet, then say the wait or the open table — never “sit anywhere” when anywhere is reserved.
  2. Offer house cues and a drink before they start hunting for staff.
  3. Start the session in the system immediately so billing matches reality.

During play

Check on F&B once, not every frame. Keep lighting even. Fix a wobble before the guest has to ask. Staff should know table status without hovering.

The last five minutes

Bring the bill fast. Split cleanly. Thank them with one specific next step: “Thursday beginner night” or “10-hour pack saves you on weekdays.” Clarity at checkout is part of hospitality.

Regulars are not created by loyalty points. They are created by a room that never makes them feel like a problem.
